When comparing Emap to IPC and Bauer I found that it is not very popular and does not have control over many brands, and the brands they do control are not well known, this may because they are more towards the business side of media, rather than the more popular side of pleasure in music fashion etc.
I am impressed by its professional outlook and well structured website, however I believe the because of its lack of experience in music media I believe that Emap may be an unpopular choice when choosing an institution to back NV magazine.
